1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TOBiE (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TOBiE converts IFC building models to lightweight glTF on the server and lets you view and inspect them in your browser. You are responsible for the models you upload and for ensuring you have the right to process them.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Model conversion and geometry are best-effort; verify critical data against your source files.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
